Notice of AGM

(St. John’s, NL – 27 April 2007) – Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the St. John’s Port Authority (SJPA) is scheduled to take place at 2:00 p.m., Monday, June 4, 2007, in the Port
Room, Main Floor, Courtyard by Marriott Hotel, 131 Duckworth Street, St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador. The SJPA’s audited financial statements will be presented and made available at the meeting.

Financial statements may also be obtained at the Port Administration Building, 1 Water Street, St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador during normal business hours.
