Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the St. John's Port Authority is scheduled to take place at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, June 8, 2006, in the After Cabin Room, The Battery Hotel & Suites, 100 Signal Hill Road, St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador. The Authority's audited financial statements will be presented and made available at the meeting. Financial statements may also be obtained at the Port Administration Building, 1 Water Street, St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador during normal business hours.
