The 4th Annual Harbour Lights Christmas Fundraising Campaign

The St. John’s Port Authority is pleased to launch its 4th Annual Harbour Lights Christmas fundraising campaign in aid of the School Lunch Association and its needed programs. Throughout Christmas 2006, the Harbour Lights campaign raised $28,000 and, with your support, we know that we can surpass that amount this year!

Once again, the SJPA will be anchoring a huge Christmas Tree at its Pier 7 development on Harbour Drive for all to see and enjoy during the festive season. We hope that you will join us this year in support of this great charity by buying a string of bulbs for the tree! Your financial support will greatly assist the School Lunch Association to meet its goal of preparing more than 200,000 meals per year for distribution throughout 11 area schools.

The purchase of strings of bulbs is tax deductible and receipts will be promptly issued. In return for your kind support, the SJPA invites you to the official tree-lighting ceremony at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 29th at Pier 7; and you/your company will be thanked in a Telegram advertisement on Old Christmas Day, and on the websites of both the School Lunch Association and the SJPA.
